I walked into the dental office as I had not been to the dentist for several years and wanted to schedule something to get back routine. I was gladly welcomed by Elgin and he was able help me schedule an appointment for the very next day! Luckily I had my insurance card and my smile generation already setup from my previous dental office in Anaheim Hills. Elgin did a great job looking up my information and setting up my appointment! I arrived the next day and Elgin already had my folder out waiting for me! What a guy! I went back for X-rays with Briane and she did a great job getting all the pictures and making me comfortable! I got in and chair and my new Dentist, Gina Shaker, gave me a thorough exam and explained what she thought I need and I agreed after seeing the pictures! The 2 fillings went by quick and easy (2 numbing shots, one on each side). Dr Shaker made sure everything felt fine and then I got a deep cleaning and recommended laser treatment in my gums for some bacteria by Cristy. Let me tell you my teeth and gums looked fantastic after leaving and better now 4 hours later now that the numbing worn off. Nicole did a fantastic job explaining to me how much everything cost before proceeding and answered all my questions. Nicole was so nice and helpful. Overall the team members I encountered were outstanding and definitely a five star office! Thank you so much and I’ll definitely be back on a regular schedule thanks to finding this place! You guys rock! 🙏
